
"Ringlet's" Mouse Cookies

Meet Ringlet the mouse! He lives in the town of Cheeseville with his brother Stincel and does business with The Reindeer Bakers at the North Pole by selling them custom apron's, baker's hats and baking supplies. He is not one of the Reindeer Bakers but he would like to share his Famous Mouse Cookie recipe with you. He likes to bake these occasionally and the reindeer bakers will use the "Magic Colors Power" transportation device to come visit Ringlet and pick up the cookies to take them to Santa. Make 36 Cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Of Baking Powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup of Salted Butter (room temp)
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar
- 2 Cups Of Chocolate Chips (14 oz)
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 350°.
- In a bowl mix up your flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl cream the sugars and butter.
- Add the vanilla and eggs and mix.
- Mix in the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add your chocolate chips and mix.
- Use a 2 Tablespoon cookie scooper and scoop your dough and lay on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper.
- Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes. Take out as they begin to turn brown.
- Let cool and ENJOY!
